Expert Capability and Experience
Tim Sterling is the principal expert witness at Sterling Road Safety. He has regularly provided expert evidence since 1998 and his clients have included Solicitors, Police and HSE. He has provided evidence to Courts in both civil and criminal cases; instructed by prosecution and defence concerning incidents on public and private roads.
Tim has attended the scene of many incidents and he is trained and experienced in reconstruction techniques as well as highways engineering. His ongoing caseload includes incident reconstruction work as well as highways engineering issues.

We also have access to the services of associates with specialist expertise including vehicle stability, meteorology, winter maintenance and forensic video analysis.
We have provided many expert reports, produced memoranda of agreement with other experts and given evidence in Court on many occasions. We understand and comply with the requirements of the Civil Procedure Rules.
